Hello everyone, I have recently stumbled across a term called
weighted hoodie, and I was wondering about its purpose and advantages. As far as I have learned, some of these hoodies have extra fabric so that they can be used to apply pressure to the body to be calming or therapeutic. Should they be worn always or are they worn during a particular occasion such as to calm one’s nerves, to relieve stress or exercise? Again, are they comfortable and are available in attractive fashions? Has anyone ever used a weighted hoodie? I’m curious if anyone has personally tried one and if it’s worth it to try one out.
